First time on Mac

macOS may block this beta the first time because BlurMe isn't yet verified by Apple. Allow it once in Privacy & Security.

  1. 1.Download BlurMe Companion
  2. 2.Move to Applications and open once
  3. 3.If blocked → System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway
  4. 4.Approve once, then return to BlurMe
  1. 1. Get BlurMe — download Companion, move it to Applications, and open once. macOS may block this beta the first time because BlurMe isn't yet verified by Apple. Allow it once in Privacy & Security. On Windows, run the setup wizard.
  2. 2. Allow once — if macOS blocks it: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, then confirm Open. No Terminal.
  3. 3. Connect your iPhone — data cable, unlock, Trust, then enable Developer Mode if asked.
  4. 4. Use BlurMe — open getblurme.com/app. The site detects Companion when it’s allowed to run.

Windows users: if Companion says Apple’s iPhone driver is missing, install Apple Mobile Device Support from the classic iTunes for Windows package on apple.com (not the Microsoft Store app), then reopen Companion.
